أهلاً بكم في بيبي كير الشرق الأوسط. بمشاركتكم في تخفيضات بيبي فرايداي الكبرى ("العرض")، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.

1. Offer Validity

هذا العرض صالح لفترة محدودة فقط خلال فترة تخفيضات Baby Friday.

تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تمديد أو تعديل أو إنهاء العرض دون إشعار مسبق.

2. Eligibility

ينطبق العرض فقط على العملاء المتواجدين في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

متاح للشراء عبر الإنترنت من خلال موقعنا الرسمي: bcbabycare.ae أو أي من الأسواق الشريكة المشار إليها أثناء العرض الترويجي.

3. Discounts & Pricing

تطبق خصومات تصل إلى 70% على المنتجات المحددة فقط.

قد تختلف الأسعار حسب توفر المخزون ونوع المنتج.

سيتم تطبيق الخصم تلقائيًا عند الخروج ما لم يتم ذكر خلاف ذلك.

4. Product Availability

تخضع جميع العروض للتوافر وحتى نفاذ الكمية.

في حالة عدم توفر أحد العناصر بعد الطلب، قد تقوم الشركة بما يلي:

  • عرض منتج بديل
  • توفير استرداد الأموال
  • إلغاء الطلب

5. Returns & Exchanges

قد لا تكون العناصر المعروضة للبيع ضمن عرض Baby Friday مؤهلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال إلا في الحالات التالية:

  • المنتج تالف
  • معيب
  • أو غير صحيح عند التسليم

يجب تقديم جميع طلبات الإرجاع خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

6. Shipping & Delivery

تنطبق مواعيد الشحن القياسية؛ وقد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب حجم الطلبات المرتفع.

الشركة ليست مسؤولة عن تأخيرات التوصيل الناتجة عن عوامل خارجية (الطقس، العطلات، مشاكل لوجستية).

رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد.

7. Payment Terms

تشمل طرق الدفع المقبولة ما يلي:

  • فيزا / ماستركارد
  • الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)
  • أبل باي

يجب إكمال الدفع الكامل قبل معالجة الطلب.

8. Cancellation Policy

لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات بعد معالجتها.

إذا كان الإلغاء ممكنًا قبل الشحن، فسيتم إبلاغك بإمكانية استرداد المبلغ عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.

الشروط والأحكام - عرض خاص للعناية بالطفل

1. Eligibility

  • This offer is valid exclusively for online purchases made through the official Babycare website or authorized Babycare online platforms.
  • The promotion is open to customers residing in the United Arab Emirates only.
  • Each customer is eligible to purchase one promotional pack per order unless stated otherwise.

2. Offer Validity

  • The Little Hug Pack offer is available for a limited time only or until stocks last.
  • Babycare reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the offer at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Availability

  • Product quantities are limited. In case of high demand or stock unavailability, Babycare may cancel or delay certain orders.
  • In such cases, customers will be notified and may choose between a full refund or a replacement product (if available).

4. Order & Delivery

  • Orders must be placed online through Babycare's official platforms.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and order volume.
  • Babycare will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen logistics issues or third-party courier partners.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, diaper packs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
  • Any issue with the product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or proof of purchase.

6. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Babycare reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if fraudulent activity, system errors, or misuse of the offer is detected.
  • Orders once confirmed cannot be modified unless the issue is due to a Babycare error.

7. General Terms

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion, discount, or voucher unless specifically mentioned.
  • By participating in this offer and completing your purchase, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
