Babycare reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the offer at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Availability

Product quantities are limited. In case of high demand or stock unavailability, Babycare may cancel or delay certain orders.
In such cases, customers will be notified and may choose between a full refund or a replacement product (if available).

4. Order & Delivery

Orders must be placed online through Babycare's official platforms.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and order volume.
Babycare will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen logistics issues or third-party courier partners.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, diaper packs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
Any issue with the product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or proof of purchase.

6. Modifications & Cancellations

Babycare reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if fraudulent activity, system errors, or misuse of the offer is detected.
Orders once confirmed cannot be modified unless the issue is due to a Babycare error.

7. General Terms
