Complimentary Standard Delivery On Selected Orders

Babycare provides free delivery on selected orders across all cities in UAE, excluding some remote / non-service areas (please refer to our FAQ section for a non-exhaustive list of non-service areas). The following terms and conditions apply.

Shipping charges that are payable by you are subject to the Products ordered and their value, as well as their **volumetric weight**. Please find the delivery timeline and shipping charges information below:

Delivery Schedule and Shipping Charges

For certain products, like **Baby beds, Floor mat rolls, and Kids Playpens**, their volume can be significantly higher than their actual weight. In such cases, shipping carriers calculate the shipping cost based on the larger 'volumetric weight'. This means shipping costs for these items may be higher and necessitate specific flat rates to cover increased transportation costs.

Please note that for deliveries outside the UAE, additional charges may apply, which are **not included** in the product price or the shipping rates calculated at checkout. These charges may include, but are not limited to:

• Flight rates / Air freight charges
• Immigration costs
• Customs duty
• Additional country-specific taxes (e.g., VAT, import taxes)
• Handling fees by local authorities or courier partners

These additional charges are typically levied by the destination country's customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Important Delivery Information

• If you request to postpone a scheduled delivery or if you or your representative is not available, then the delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date, which will be communicated to you in advance.
• If you do not accept delivery within 14 days or are not reachable, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and a refund will be issued, subject to any applicable deductions.
• If your order requires installation and assembly, we can arrange for an approved third-party service partner to contact you. Separate terms and conditions will apply for these services.
